01About these terms

These terms apply to your use of ladolcemag.com, published by DOLCE Magazine, Paseo de la Dirección 81, 1A, 28039 Madrid, Spain. By using the site you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

02Content and copyright

All editorials, photographs, texts, covers and designs on ladolcemag.com are protected by copyright. Photographs belong to the photographers and creative teams credited on each page, and are published by DOLCE with their permission. You may share links to our pages, but you may not copy, download, reproduce, modify or use any image or text commercially without written permission from DOLCE and the credited authors.

03Submissions

Submissions to DOLCE are made through Kavyar and are governed by Kavyar’s terms and the conditions shown in each open call. By submitting, you confirm you own the rights to the work and have the consent of everyone who appears in it, and you allow DOLCE to publish the accepted work in print, online and on our social channels, always with credits.

04Creator pages

Creator pages list the people credited in our issues, based on the publication credits. If you are listed you can claim your page to edit your details, or ask us to remove it at any time with “Request removal”. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you add when you claim a page.

05Buying issues

Printed and digital issues are sold and shipped by MagCloud. Prices, payment, delivery, returns and refunds are handled by MagCloud under its own terms. DOLCE is not the seller of record for these orders.

06Acceptable use

• Do not use the site for anything unlawful, or to harass, impersonate or harm others.
• Do not try to access accounts, admin areas or data that are not yours, or disrupt the site.
• Do not scrape or bulk-download content or images.

07Links and liability

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not responsible for the content of external sites we link to, such as MagCloud, Kavyar or social networks. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

08Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.

09Law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Madrid, unless the law gives you, as a consumer, the right to use the courts of your place of residence. Questions: hello@ladolcemag.com.
